Giovanna Scarfo 'Queen Of The Sky' Collection

Below is my Look Book for my 'Queen Of The Sky' Collection. The inspiration behind this collection was the immaculate and elegant air hostess of the 1960's. The collection consists of dresses with matching coats. When designing this collection I wanted to create a feminine suit for women to feel empowering and yet flirty.

I will now let the pictures do all the talking, so just sit back and enjoy the flight.

  1. The last dress in your collection is amazing- can you make it available on etsy?:)

  2. I love this collection the best. I love the way you can make a tailored dress feminine not frumpy. As well as suitable for work or a formal occasion. My favourite is the black coat with the large gray tartan flower detail on the back (the one with the yellow wall). However i also love the black and white dress with the red bow and collar, mainly for the colour choice and the peek hole design on the back.

  4. I absolutely love this collection because I believe it has the power to make you look like most beautiful girl in the room! I love the attention to detail and the little unique touches that make each piece original. It is sophisticated, yet elegant, and perhaps a touch mysterious too... Well done! Nerida xx

  5. My Mum was an Air Hostess in the 60's and I've always loved the elegant and glamorous uniforms that she wore. You have really captured the look in this collection! The "Wrap Me Up" dress is my favourite because it is bold, adventurous and feminine - how 60s!

  6. Hey Giv!! Love this Queen of the Sky collection :) I don't think I can narrow it down to one favourite dress so the ones which stood out the most for me (apart from the Wrap me up dress) are..... the grey checked skirt with the cropped military jacket with pleats and the matching grey tartan tailored dress with detatchable ruffle collar and jacket. I could definitely see myself prancing around work in them! ;)
